Preston's Chocolate Chip Cookies

The best chocolate chip cookie recipe hands down is Preston's.  They are soft and yummy. Unfortunately I can't make them taste as good as when Preston makes them

Here are the ingredients and below is the recipe, except for one chocolatey ingredient.  The chocolate chips are missing.  Please don't forget to add them to your cookies.

1 C Butter
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C White Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
3½ C Flour
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
12 oz Chocolate Chips
1 C Chopped Nuts (optional)

Cream butter and sugars.  Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add.  Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.
